Each Emeril Forever Pan is made from dual-sided, hard-anodised aluminium, with 3 layers of super-nonstick coating and fitted with a stainless steel induction plate. The aluminium is anodised on the outside and inside. This double process makes the core harder than steel. The 3 layers of super non-stick coating are made from a super thick base layer of ceramic beads, a middle layer of high-performance hybrid ceramic and non-stick, and finally a super non-stick top layer coating infused with silver ions to help repel bacteria. Each pan is then fitted with a stainless-steel induction plate for even heat conductivity.
